There is a super - king and a king size bedroom, two twins and a triple room. Travel cot available upon request.

The family bathroom has a good sized 'P' bath with a shower option too, and the double bedroom has an ensuite WC & Monsoon shower. In addition, there is a separate WC & shower room with a further Monsoon shower.

The well equipped kitchen is newly refurbished with Oak and you should find everything you need for a self-catering break. You will receive a warm welcome from our AGA, which is easy to cook with but we do also have a modern electric cooker, perhaps a bit more practical for instant cooking temperature! Although we don't have a high chair, there are two booster seats (available upon request) to place on the dining chairs which are a pretty good substitute.

One bedroom (a twin) is on the ground floor and there is also a toilet on the ground floor, just off the entrance hall.

The property has oil fired central heating (as well as an open fire and a wood burning stove in the living rooms!).

You can dry your wet walking boots and gear in the boiler room just at the side of the house. Logs and coal are available (for details, please refer to our guest manual when you arrive).

We have parking spaces for three cars, although you should also find one or two further spaces just down the lane leading up to the house. The house is set in a quiet courtyard, the original farmyard, and we have a open patio area at the back with lovely views of Buckden Pike, This area has a built-in barbecue for your use.

Food supplies - The Buckden Village Shop is useful for essentials and there is a General Stores in Kettlewell. Grassington has a SPAR Supermarket. After that it is the big stores - One thing we've found very useful is that Tescos and Sainsburys will now deliver to Buckden! It's been such a help.
